We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our QA efforts across all company initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy, fostering a culture of quality within the organization, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met for all products and services.

  • Oversee and manage different aspects of the QA function, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting in the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage QA professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain high-quality standards for all products and services.
  • Implement and continuously improve test automation frameworks and practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of QA activities.
  • Coordinate with QA leads across the company to implement and refine testing processes, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in QA and implement them whenever appropriate.
  • Analyze test results and identify potential risks and defects early in the development process.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on QA activities and findings to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution within the QA teams and between QA and other departments.
  • 8+ years of experience in software QA, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably as a QA Manager.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies across complex projects, demonstrating expertise in: API Testing: Designing and executing test cases to validate the functionality, performance, security, and compatibility of APIs.
  • UI Automation: Implementing robust and maintainable automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) to streamline regression testing, improve efficiency, and enhance test coverage.
  • Load/Performance Testing: Planning and executing comprehensive load tests to assess application behavior under increasing workloads, identify potential performance bottlenecks, and ensure scalability.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with various QA methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter).
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language commonly used for QA automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
