Service Description

HRythmic is a recruitment management platform that provides:

  • Job posting and distribution
  • Candidate tracking and management
  • Resume storage and management
  • Interview scheduling and coordination
  • Recruitment analytics and reporting
  • Other related recruitment and HR functionalities

HRythmic offers two subscription plans:

Basic Plan

  • Standard features with predefined usage limits
  • Subject to storage and usage restrictions as specified in your subscription dashboard

Enterprise Plan

  • Custom features and configurations
  • Tailored solutions based on organizational requirements
  • Requires direct consultation with our onboarding team

Service Usage and Restrictions

The Client shall use HRythmic solely for legitimate recruitment-related activities and must ensure that all information uploaded complies with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Basic Plan subscribers are subject to storage limits and usage restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend any account if suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected, including the misuse of data storage for purposes beyond the intended use of the system.

Clients and Users must not:

    • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
    • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
    • Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious software
    • Violate any applicable recruitment ethics or employment laws
    • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform

User Rights

Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data at any time. We are dedicated to ensuring that your data is managed in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms and conditions periodically. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, you must notify us immediately.

Third-Party Services

HRythmic may integrate with third-party services to enhance functionality. Users acknowledge and agree that any third-party services used in conjunction with HRythmic are subject to the terms and policies of those services, for which HRythmic is not responsible.
