Data Usage and Storage

  • Data Loss: HRythmic is currently in its beta phase. While we have implemented stringent measures to protect your data, there is a minimal risk of data loss. In the unlikely event of data loss, the impact will be limited to a maximum of one day’s worth of data, as we perform daily backups. This risk applies only to the beta version and is not anticipated in future releases.
  • Data Privacy: Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. HRythmic will only use your data to provide our services and will never employ AI tools or third-party analytics on your data. We ensure that your information remains confidential at all times.
  • Data Storage Misuse: We reserve the right to suspend any account if suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected, including the misuse of data storage for purposes beyond the intended use of the system.

Pricing and Account Management

  • Free Service: Currently, HRythmic is available free of charge. However, we will introduce a pricing model in the near future. Users will be notified well in advance of any changes to the current free plan.
  • Payment Plans: HRythmic is committed to offering a competitive pricing structure that delivers the advanced features and functionalities of industry-leading ATS solutions at more affordable rates. Once the pricing plan is introduced, users will be informed about the introductory period and any adjustments to the plan.
  • Account Termination: HRythmic reserves the right to terminate user accounts that do not transition to the paid plan after the introductory period.

User Rights

Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data at any time. We are dedicated to ensuring that your data is managed in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
